How does the free trial work?

Your 14-day free trial is applied automatically at checkout. You'll need to provide payment details, but you won't be charged during the trial. After 14 days, your subscription will automatically renew at the regular price unless you cancel.

What payment methods do you accept?

All major credit and debit cards are accepted, plus Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Link. Payment is handled securely through Stripe.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. If you're on a free trial, you won't be charged if you cancel before the trial ends. For paid subscriptions, you'll continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Canceling is easy. Simply log in to your account, go to the subscription management page, and click "Cancel Subscription". There are no cancellation fees or hidden charges.

Does it work on mobile?

The phone is the whole point. Quote from the customer's hallway, book it into the diary, snap the receipt at the merchant's, take the card before you leave. It keeps working with no signal and catches up when you're back in range. It's an Android app today; iPhone is coming.

Can I export my data?

Yes. A whole tax year comes out as a printable P&L or a CSV your accountant can open, built from your real costs rather than just what you invoiced. It imports into accounting software including QuickBooks and Xero. Your data is always yours — export it any time, even if you cancel.

Do you offer refunds?
