How does the free trial work?

Your 30-day free trial is applied automatically at checkout. You'll need to provide payment details, but you won't be charged during the trial. After 30 days, your subscription will automatically renew at the regular price unless you cancel.

What payment methods do you accept?

All major credit and debit cards are accepted, plus Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Link. Payment is handled securely through Stripe.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. If you're on a free trial, you won't be charged if you cancel before the trial ends. For paid subscriptions, you'll continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Canceling is easy. Simply log in to your account, go to the subscription management page, and click "Cancel Subscription". There are no cancellation fees or hidden charges.

Does it work on mobile?

Generating quotes and invoices requires a desktop or laptop browser. The QuoteMaster sidebar doesn't load in the Google Sheets mobile app. That said, your phone is still a big part of the workflow. Google Calendar and Google Drive both work perfectly on mobile, so you can check your jobs for the day, pull up a client's address, navigate straight to the job, or open any document on the go.

Can I export my data?

Yes. Revenue data can be exported as a Google Spreadsheet (saved directly to your Drive), PDF, or CSV. The CSV format can be imported into accounting software including QuickBooks and Xero. Your data is always yours. Export it anytime, even if you cancel.

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds aren't offered for partial months, but you can try QuoteMaster completely risk-free with the 30-day trial before any payment is taken.
