Renewal & Cancellation: Subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel anytime before the next billing cycle. No refunds for partial months.

Payment Methods: We accept all major credit cards and debit cards through our secure payment processor, Stripe.

You may not resell, modify, or distribute QuoteMaster software.

You must use the service lawfully and not for fraudulent purposes.

Each subscription is for a single business entity. Multiple businesses require separate subscriptions.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

QuoteMaster stores your quotes, invoices, client information, and business data within your Google Workspace account (Google Drive, Sheets, Calendar).

We do not store or access your data beyond necessary technical operations.

You are responsible for complying with data protection laws regarding the client data you store in QuoteMaster.

We recommend regular backups of your QuoteMaster data through Google's built-in backup features.

QuoteMaster is provided "as is," with no guarantees of uninterrupted service.

We are not responsible for losses resulting from incorrect quotes, invoices, or data errors.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the current billing period.

We do not guarantee that the service will meet your specific requirements or be error-free.

QuoteMaster integrates with Google services using OAuth 2.0 for secure access. A standard Google account is sufficient—you do not need a paid Google Workspace subscription.

We request permissions to access Google Sheets (to create quotes and invoices), Google Drive (to store PDFs and organize client folders), and Google Calendar (to schedule appointments).

You can revoke QuoteMaster's access to your Google account at any time through your Google Account settings.

QuoteMaster is not created by, affiliated with, or supported by Google Inc.

QuoteMaster operates as an add-on within your Google account. All client data, quotes, and invoices remain within your Google environment.

We do not directly process, store, or access your client data. All data operations occur within your Google account through the permissions you grant.

As the owner of your data, you are responsible for ensuring your use of QuoteMaster complies with applicable data protection laws, including obtaining appropriate consent for storing client information.

We maintain compliance with GDPR and other data protection regulations for the limited account information we do collect (email, subscription status).

QuoteMaster provides integration options with various communication services, including WhatsApp for messaging and support for multiple email providers (not limited to Gmail).

When using these integrations, you are subject to the respective third-party services' terms and privacy policies.

We use Stripe for payment processing, which has its own terms and privacy policy.

Any future integrations will be clearly communicated and require explicit user consent.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email.

Continued use of QuoteMaster after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
