Pricing: £29 per month, billed monthly, or £290 per year, billed annually.

Free Trial: 14 days, applied automatically at checkout.

Renewal & Cancellation: Subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel anytime before the next billing cycle. No refunds for partial months.

Payment Methods: We accept all major credit cards and debit cards through our secure payment processor, Stripe.

You may not resell, modify, or distribute QuoteMaster software.

You must use the service lawfully and not for fraudulent purposes.

Each subscription is for a single business entity. Multiple businesses require separate subscriptions.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

QuoteMaster stores your quotes, invoices, client information and business data on your own device. A copy is backed up to our servers and, if you use a team, synchronised between your devices. That copy is end-to-end encrypted: it is encrypted on your device before it is sent, and we cannot read its contents.

We do not store or access your data beyond necessary technical operations.

You are responsible for complying with data protection laws regarding the client data you store in QuoteMaster.

The app backs your data up to your account automatically. You can also export your documents and records at any time, and we recommend keeping your own copy of anything you would not want to lose.

QuoteMaster is provided "as is," with no guarantees of uninterrupted service.

We are not responsible for losses resulting from incorrect quotes, invoices, or data errors.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the current billing period.

We do not guarantee that the service will meet your specific requirements or be error-free.

QuoteMaster is distributed through Google Play and requires an Android device. Your QuoteMaster account is created on this website; the app signs in with it.

The app requests device permissions only for the features you use: the camera for receipts and job photos, storage to save the documents it creates, and location if you use route planning. Each is requested when first needed and the rest of the app works if you decline.

You can withdraw any device permission at any time in your phone's settings, and sign out of the app to remove its local session.

QuoteMaster is a mobile application. Your data lives on your device and remains usable without an internet connection. Backups and team synchronisation pass through our servers in encrypted form only.

We store your backups and, if you use a team, route synchronisation between your devices — but that data is end-to-end encrypted, so we cannot read your clients, quotes or figures. We process the account details you give us (your email and subscription) in order to provide the service.

As the owner of your data, you are responsible for ensuring your use of QuoteMaster complies with applicable data protection laws, including obtaining appropriate consent for storing client information.

We maintain compliance with GDPR and other data protection regulations for the limited account information we do collect (email, subscription status).

QuoteMaster provides integration options with various communication services, including WhatsApp for messaging and support for multiple email providers (not limited to Gmail).

When using these integrations, you are subject to the respective third-party services' terms and privacy policies.

We use Stripe for payment processing, which has its own terms and privacy policy.

Any future integrations will be clearly communicated and require explicit user consent.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email.

Continued use of QuoteMaster after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
