What gets deleted, and when

The moment you confirm below, it all goes from our live systems. There is no waiting period and no way to bring it back.

If you run the business (the owner): your login, your team, your subscription, your encrypted cloud backup, everything that has synced, the audit trail, card payment records, enquiries, payment links and any quote links you shared. We cancel your subscription with Stripe first, so you are never charged again, and we delete your customer record there.

If you are a team member: your own login and the AI usage and problem reports tied to you. The business's quotes, invoices and jobs belong to the business, so they stay with the owner.

What we may keep: Stripe keeps its own payment records, as the law requires of it. We keep nothing else that identifies you, apart from anything we are legally obliged to hold, such as tax records.

Your phone: the data on your device stays there until you delete the app. Uninstalling the app does not delete your account, which is why this page exists.

Before you go: if you own a team with other people on it, remove them in Settings, Team first, then come back. Want a copy of your data? Export it in the app before you delete.
